Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within the 30-day return window; please note that perishable goods are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar sturdy container, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
